INTRODUCTION

This site is a survivor‑built archive dedicated to documenting the Program as it actually operated. Every page is grounded in lived experience, verified details, and the architectural truth of the building itself. Our purpose is to preserve the historical record, expose the tactics and systems that shaped daily life inside the Program, and give survivors a safe place to reclaim their stories. This is the evidence, the context, and the truth — preserved by the people who lived it.
